Solution Overview

We deliver a full-process modular system covering raw material pretreatment, oil extraction, refining, deep processing and finished filling, paired with heat recovery, three-waste treatment and intelligent control systems. The line can switch between vegetable oilseeds and animal adipose materials via parameter adjustment and simple module replacement.

Pretreatment Oilseeds go through cleaning, flaking and cooking to maximize oil yield. Animal fat adopts low-temperature melting and centrifugal separation to restrain oxidation and reduce off-odors.

Extraction Mechanical pressing for small-scale, flavor-focused production; solvent extraction for high-yield continuous vegetable oil processing. Low-temperature wet rendering is available for animal fat.

Refining & Deep Processing Customized degumming, deacidification, decolorization and deodorization parameters for two types of raw materials. Reserved interfaces support fractionation and interesterification to produce specialty fats like shortening.

Intelligent Auxiliary Systems DCS control realizes real-time monitoring and traceable production records. Closed heat recycling and safety interlocks cut energy consumption and meet emission standards.
